Thank You!
We have received your request to cancel your California Low Cost Auto Insurance Policy submitted through our online service form. If you selected Integon National, 21st Century, or CAARP/AIO, your request has been forwarded directly to the carrier (with you on copy), as the carrier is responsible for generating and distributing all policy documents — including cancellation confirmations — which our agency does not have direct access to. If you selected Other/Unsure, your request has been routed to our internal Service Department, which will review and attempt to determine your carrier before forwarding your request (with you on copy). Please be advised that the carrier may take 10–15 business days to finalize and mail any refund that may be owed. Processing times are controlled by the carrier and can vary based on their internal procedures. If your request is urgent, we recommend contacting your carrier directly to request expedited handling: 📞 Integon National: 800-632-3306 📞 21st Century: 800-531-5981 📞 CAARP/AIO: 888-922-4776 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) ⚠️ Important: Please do not resubmit the form, as doing so may cause processing delays. ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER TO REQUESTER: Please note that submitting your request does not automatically cancel your policy. Your request has or will be forwarded to the carrier for processing once all required information is verified. If any information provided (including, but not limited to, the policy number) is inaccurate, incomplete, or if the policy is already inactive at the time of the request, the submission will be disregarded and not processed. No backdating is permitted. Carriers will process cancellations using the day following the date the request is received in their inbox as the effective date unless a future effective date is specifically requested on the submission form. By submitting this service request, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are the named insured on the policy and understand that providing false or misleading information may result in legal consequences and could violate California privacy laws. |
