If you selected Integon National, 21st Century, or CAARP/AIO, your request has been forwarded directly to the carrier (with you on copy), as they are responsible for generating and distributing these policy documents, including ID cards, which we do not have access to. If you selected Other/Unsure, your request has been routed to our internal Service Department, which will review and attempt to determine your carrier before forwarding your request (with you on copy). Please note that carriers typically respond within 2–3 business days. If any information provided (including, but not limited to, the policy number) is inaccurate, or if the policy is not active at the time of the request, the submission will be disregarded and not processed. If the request is for an ID card related to a renewal policy, please note that the carrier will not release the ID card until the initial payment has been successfully received and posted to the account.
